When selecting land, location is very important. It may not be a good idea to invest on somewhere where there are a lot of peace loving people around. Talk about your ideas with the surrounding people and consider their needs too.

Your neighbors will most likely complain about the noise your bikes will be producing. Thus, it would be better to find a land that naturally blocks noise and diverts it away from your neighbors' houses. Dirt and dust also need some degree of controlling. So to better prepare your neighbors for the eventuality, inform them of your schedules for practicing.

There had been news about tracks being shut down by authorities due to legal misunderstandings and you don't want it to happen.
